Pay ranges from $50 to $100/hour depending on the projects you qualify into. The engagement is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering tasks across a range of AI training and evaluation projects.
• Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality.
• Deliver clear, well-documented work independently.
