Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Generalist Writers to evaluate AI-generated content and written outputs. You will research unfamiliar topics and produce clear, well-structured content tailored to diverse audiences, applying strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.

No prior AI experience is required; your writing, research, editing, and communication skills are the primary qualifications for success in this fully remote role. Compensation is competitive and paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in English, journalism, communications, literature, humanities, marketing, or related field.
• Professional experience in writing, editing, content creation, journalism, research, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated written content and responses for clarity, accuracy, coherence, tone, and quality.
• Write, edit, and refine content across topics, formats, and audiences.
• Research unfamiliar subjects and synthesize information into clear, engaging content.
• Identify factual inconsistencies, logical gaps, unclear language, and errors.
• Assess AI outputs for relevance, completeness, readability, and instruction adherence.
• Apply editorial judgment to improve structure, flow, and communication.
• Create reference responses, writing examples, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI writing quality, reasoning, and communication.
