Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Service Driver to service washroom products across customer sites in the Galway area, with the Athlone branch handling the region. You will drive, load/unload equipment, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.

This full-time role (39 hours weekly) offers a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform, and opportunities for up to 48 hours in the future with higher pay. Training is provided and Garda Vetting may be required.

Qualifications

• Full Irish driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Ability to use own initiative with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• You may be required to pass Garda Vetting depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Visit a number of different customer sites to service washroom products.
• Load and unload units and floor mats; be physically fit for the role.
• Ensure vehicle safety and drive responsibly following RI Drive Smart guidance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.

We are currently seeking a Service Driver to join our dedicated team at the Athlone branch, covering the Galway area. If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Service Driver Role

As a driver, you will visit a number of different customer sites to service their washroom products. These products may include feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers and floor mats. Key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading units and floor mats for customers, so you will need to be physically fit for this role
• Ensuring that your vehicle is safe at all times, driving responsibly and following our RI Drive Smart guidance
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times

Requirements

Service Driver Requirements:
