Job summary

FMI Field Management Ireland is seeking a dependable Relief - Part Time Merchandiser to provide flexible relief support in our store. The role focuses on stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining high presentation standards while meeting the physical demands of the job.

Hours will vary with business needs and shifts are Monday to Saturday, 20 hours per week. Candidate should be comfortable with manual handling and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to provide flexible relief support within our store. This role offers the opportunity to step in and provide cover during periods of leave, absence, or increased business activity.

As a relief position, hours will vary depending on business needs and will be offered in line with store requirements. This opportunity may suit someone looking for flexible, supplementary work.

The role is hands‑on and involves active stock replenishment while maintaining high presentation standards. It would suit someone who enjoys practical, on-the-go work and is comfortable in a physically active environment.

Stock Replenishment & Merchandising

• Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock levels
• Moving stock from storage areas to the shop floor
• Building and maintaining product displays
• Ensuring products are organised and labelled in line with company standards

Manual Handling

• Regular lifting and handling of stock
• Pushing and manoeuvring stock trollies
• Continuous standing, bending, and reaching during shifts

Collaboration & Reporting

• Working closely with store management, client, and FMI Supervisor
• Remote check‑in and check‑out via company app
• Using handheld devices or reporting systems to complete required tasks
