Qualifications

• Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Irish Medical Council.
• Postgraduate clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Desirable: Royal College of Physicians membership or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical care to patients within the Obstetrics & Gynaecology service under consultant supervision.
• Participate in antenatal, labour ward, gynaecology, emergency and outpatient services.
• Contribute to on-call rota and emergency cover.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical audit, teaching, research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, midwives, nurses and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants must have:

• Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Irish Medical Council
• Relevant postgraduate clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Desirable:

• Membership of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• Previous experience within the Irish healthcare system
