• Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland with an active PIN.
• Clinical experience working in Gerontological Care or Residential Nursing Care.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective care to residents on a person-centered basis.
• Promote high standards of professional nursing practice.
• Establish relationships with residents, relatives and visitors for support.
• Ensure adherence to Windmill Healthcare policies.
• Manage drug and medicine control, administration, and custody.
• Participate in HIQA standards inspection processes.
• Ensure correct admissions and documentation.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals for continuity of care.
