Job summary

Access Healthcare is a leading Irish healthcare staffing agency seeking agency nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and community settings.

You can choose day, night, weekend and bank holiday shifts with weekly pay and enhanced rates for nights and holidays. A valid NMBI PIN and eligibility to work in Ireland are required; experience across acute, community, ID or ICU areas is desirable.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI PIN/registration in General Division or relevant specialty.
• Experience nursing in Ireland (acute, community, ID, ICU or other areas) is desirable.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Professional, compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care across a range of healthcare settings.
• Provide clinical care and administer medications in line with professional standards.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient health and safety.
• Choose shifts that work for you, including day, night, weekend and bank holiday shifts.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for nurses who have:

• An active NMBI PIN/registration in the General Division or relevant speciality.
• Previous nursing experience in Ireland. Experience in acute, community, intellectual disability (ID), ICU or other clinical areas is desirable.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• A professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.
