Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is partnering with a leading infrastructure services organisation to recruit a Regional Project Manager – Motorways; to oversee road infrastructure, traffic management and civil engineering projects across the West and North West of Ireland.

This role drives project delivery, safety compliance and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites, with autonomy and progression opportunities within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' project management experience within infrastructure, civil engineering, construction, utilities, traffic management or a related sector.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong client-facing, contract management and stakeholder management experience.
• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• Good commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and construction industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of road infrastructure and traffic management projects across the region.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, programme management and execution.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
