Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks a Regional QC Lead to oversee quality control across European operations for data centre, MEP and industrial construction projects. You will lead QC teams across multiple sites, ensuring consistent QC procedures and documentation while addressing complex quality challenges.

With 7+ years in QC/QA and experience leading multi-site teams, you will guide NCRs, inspections and compliance with client requirements. Travel across Europe is expected in this senior role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Experience leading multi-site or multi-country teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support QC teams across multiple European project sites.
• Ensure consistent application of QC procedures, inspections and documentation.
• Provide guidance on complex quality issues, NCRs, defects and corrective actions.
• Oversee ITPs, Method Statements, quality checklists and inspection processes.
• Conduct regional site audits, quality inspections and quality walks.
• Verify materials, installations and systems meet project, statutory and client requirements.
