Job description
  • Major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a Regional Manager to its Northern Ireland operation based out of Belfast.
  • The mixed role will require you to supervise a small team of commercial property adjusters and desk-top technicians, whilst handling your own caseload of the larger, more complex and more challenging commercial property losses.
  • In this autonomous management role, you will report to one of the Senior Operations Managers in the UK and an outstanding long-term career is guaranteed.
  • Candidates should be living in Northern Ireland and have a minimum of 5 years in a commercial property adjusting role.
  • Experience within management is not necessary, but you should have the passion and desire to progress into it and be willing to adapt new skills accordingly.
  • Formal qualifications through ACII or ACILA would be preferred or at the very least you should be making progress in this direction with a commitment to achieve.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to £60,000 plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
