Uisce Éireann is seeking a Store Coordinator to manage inventory operations, coordinate daily activities, and support safety initiatives across the Southern region. The role requires hands-on experience with inventory systems, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee stock movements, assist with onboarding of new starters, and ensure procedures are followed at all locations while promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with information

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; experience in the water/utilities sector is desirable.
• Experience working with inventory management software.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to work on own initiative and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and hold a full, clean Irish driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Ensure adherence to inventory team policies, procedures and internal controls; support the Supervisor in regional consistency.
• Coordinate daily inventory activities across the region; manage stock movements and deliveries.
• Oversee stock checks and cycle counts; verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Support staffing, rota coordination and resource planning across the Southern region.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and onboarding support for new starters; liaise with the Supervisor on safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with Uisce Éireann’s Information Security policies and general safety practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align inventory services with operational requirements.
