Ratio Recruitment is partnering with a well-known construction company to hire a Health & Safety Advisor for County Galway. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory and company compliance and promoting a positive EHS culture across sites.

As an experienced candidate, you will manage risk assessments, audits, and training delivery while coordinating with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to uphold H&S standards.

Qualificações

• Third level qualification in Health & Safety or related field is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a H&S role within the construction sector is beneficial.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and conduct audits across construction sites.
• Support development and maintenance of Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Promote a positive EHS culture and communicate EHS requirements across the company.
• Engage with regulatory bodies to represent the company’s interests on EHS matters.
• Coordinate EHS training, inductions, and ISO procedures.
• Audit and manage subcontractor H&S documents and insurance policies.
