Job summary

COHAN REFRIGERATION LIMITED in Ireland is recruiting air conditioning and refrigeration installation engineers. The role involves installing and commissioning refrigeration and HVAC equipment, reading technical drawings, and coordinating with foremen and trades on site.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years post-apprenticeship installation experience and F-Gas certification, with opportunities to supervise apprentices and work across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified refrigeration engineers with minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in installation of Refrigeration/Catering/HVAC equipment.
• 5 years’ experience in installation and commissioning of Refrigeration and AC Equipment.
• Must be F-Gas certified.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on-site.
• Lead and supervise a team including apprentices and labourers.
• Coordinate with site foreman and other trades to complete projects on time.
