Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dublin seeks a Technology Product Management Lead Analyst to translate business needs into product roadmaps for the Global Corporate Action Event Repository. You will align senior stakeholders, data teams, and vendors to drive platform enhancements and data quality.

This senior IC role requires strong SQL, data modelling, and experience in reference data. You will own epics and backlogs, steer API and Web GUI interfaces, and ensure timely delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

Organization & Department Overview

The Master and Reference Data (MRD) organization is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data across the enterprise, through implementing state-of-the-art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account, and corporate action data. The MRD organization works in partnership with data clients across global business lines, deploying solutions to increase competitiveness through restructuring business processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical data.

The Technology Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior individual contributor (IC) position responsible for liaising between senior business users, operations leads, and technologists to define product vision, drive product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead platform enhancements. The overall objective of this role is to provide thought leadership, drive continuous exploration, advance data quality and capabilities, and maximize business value and platform adoption.

Team Overview

This Corporate Actions Product & Data Team works on a global strategic technology platform - Global Corporate Action Event Repository. Major tasks involve - processing Vendor Data Feeds, Analyzing and Researching Data, Working on Swift Messages, User Interface, Data publishing to downstream clients (via Cloud, custom publisher), Rules and Governance, Audit, Compliance. Coverage, Completeness, Accuracy, and Timeliness of information are the key drivers. Client and User requirements drive the overall product roadmap. It is a global team.

• Experience with business process reengineering, business systems development, and modern system architectures (Cloud, APIs)

Preferred / Good to Have Skills
