Job summary

Harvey is seeking an EMEA Recruiting Operations Generalist to keep hiring across Europe and the Middle East running smoothly. You will take on complex, loosely defined processes, convert them into automated workflows, and partner with analytics and AI teams to drive scalable solutions in a fast‑growing company.

You’ll own day‑to‑day recruiting operations for the EMEA region, document workflows, and ensure hand‑offs are clean for the coordination team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or a similar operational role in a fast‑growing company.
• Track record of turning messy, undefined processes into clear, repeatable workflows.
• Hands‑on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong ability to partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action.
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby.

The EMEA Recruiting Operations Generalist keeps hiring running smoothly across EMEA. You'll take on complex, loosely defined operational work, then turn it into automated processes that the coordination team can run and maintain on their own. You'll also help lead bigger AI implementation projects, partnering with Harvey's analytics and AI teams while doing much of the hands‑on work in EMEA yourself.

What You Have

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role in a fast‑growing company.
• A track record of taking messy, undefined processes and making them clear, repeatable, and reliable.
• Hands‑on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the discipline to hand work off so others can maintain it.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross‑functional skills: you can partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby.
