Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity; no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. We are seeking a receptionist and administrator for our early years setting. Responsibilities include welcoming children, parents and visitors to the centre; taking fees; supporting the staff team with printing and memos; taking phone calls and messages and ensuring they are passed on to the correct staff members or rooms. The post connects with our core administrator.

As this is an early years setting all applicants must be Garda vetted and have 2 written references confirmed before they start. Training will be provided.
