The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check‑in, check‑out, and reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. You will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

About The Role

Job Purpose: The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check‑in, check‑out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. Receptionist Responsibilities & Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests expectations
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check‑in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
• Take ownership of guests issues and take action to resolve them immediately

Job Requirements:

• This is a full‑time role
• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
• A natural ability to sell the Diamond Coast Hotel Experience
• Confident with a pleasant disposition and well‑groomed
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
• Experience in revenue management systems desirable
