Job summary

A facility management company is seeking a dynamic full-time Receptionist to support daily projects in Dublin. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, responding to emails, and performing general administrative duties. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of French is a plus. This position requires initiative and the ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors promptly and politely.
  • Answer the telephone and transfer calls appropriately.
  • Respond to emails and deal with clients in a friendly manner.
  • Take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and out per Fire Regulations.
  • Keep the office tidy and secure important documents.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Order supplies and gift baskets as needed.
  • Work closely with the team on projects.

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Full-Time Receptionist to join us to support our daily projects in Dublin 02.

Working pattern: Monday- Friday from 08:30-17:30

Responsibilities and duties:
  • To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
  • To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
  • To take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
  • To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
  • To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about.
  • General Administration duties.
  • Ordering supplies and gift baskets as needed.
  • Work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
  • Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
