Job summary

Kilsaran is hiring a Ready Mix Concrete Driver for the Southbank Road Plant, Irishtown, Co. Dublin. You will coordinate with the logistics team to deliver Kilsaran concrete safely and efficiently to customers, maintaining schedules and ensuring customer property is respected.

The role requires strong health & safety awareness, self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, overtime, and leaves are provided as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with logistics and location manager to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Deliver concrete products safely while respecting customer property and site rules.
• Maintain delivery and collection schedules and obtain signatures.
• Operate trucks safely complying with Tachograph and road laws.
• Support yard operations and assist Location Manager when needed.
• Keep vehicles clean and report incidents per company procedures.
