Arup is expanding its Rail leadership in Ireland, shaping rail, metro and sustainable mobility infrastructure across the country. You will lead growth and delivery, coordinating with railway operators, authorities and design partners to deliver major projects while leveraging Arup's global Rail network.

As Rail Business Leader, you will build high-performing teams, pursue opportunities, and ensure successful outcomes in technically challenging environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish rail market and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in senior leadership roles such as Project Director or Programme Manager.
• Experience with railway operators, transport authorities and public sector clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary rail and transport projects and programmes.
• Provide technical and commercial leadership on major rail projects across Ireland.
• Build trusted relationships with key rail clients.
• Lead strategic pursuits, bidding activities and client engagement.
• Develop project delivery strategies and execution plans.
• Mentor and develop colleagues and future leaders.
• Promote excellence in project delivery, safety, quality and collaboration.
