Job summary

Ornua in Dublin is seeking a Project Manager to grow the Kerrygold Brand in the German market through consumer-centric innovation. You will lead end-to-end projects from concept to launch while aligning with brand strategy and consumer trends.

You will drive cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial, balancing speed-to-market with quality and compliance. Travel to Germany is required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management in FMCG or fast-paced consumer brand.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation or change programs.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact innovation projects for the German market, from concept through launch and post-implementation review.
• Drive cross-functional project teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial) to deliver new products and process innovations.
• Develop robust project plans, timelines, and budgets using FMCG project management methodologies and Wrike.
• Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating objectives into actionable plans.
• Oversee risk management and mitigate barriers to delivery.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement from factory floor to executive leadership.
• Coach team members through change and build capability for innovation.
• Share best practices and drive standardization of innovation processes across the business.
