• 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, ideally within construction or precast manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing full precast frame quotations.
• Monitor live projects and track financial performance.
• Submit monthly applications to clients for valuations and payments.
• Liaise with various departments on project-related issues and variations.
• Support in identifying, managing, and negotiating project variations.
• Ensure accuracy in cost reporting and contract management.

As a Quantity Surveyor with Kilsaran Precast, you will play a vital role in assisting our surveying team with project cost management, estimation, and financial planning. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Cubit Estimating Software is beneficial but not essential.
