Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid)

C. €100,000 + car allowance / vehicle, pension & benefits

An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The business delivers a diverse portfolio of civil engineering and building projects for large public sector and infrastructure clients and is known for its strong pipeline of work, collaborative culture, and longterm staff retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Quantity Surveyor who wants autonomy in their role, exposure to varied projects, and clear progression within a stable and growing contractor.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the commercial delivery of projects, from early cost planning through to final account
  • Managing key supply chain relationships, including procurement, valuations, variations and ongoing commercial coordination.
  • Working closely with site and commercial teams
You’ll ideally have:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
  • Proven experience working for a main contractor
  • Exposure to public works contracts is beneficial
  • A full driving licence
