Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a Quantitative Data Operations Co-Op placement student based in Dublin. You will work within the European Quantitative Engineering and Data group, collaborating with senior engineers across engineering, operations, and research to operate high-performance data platforms used by traders and researchers.

You will gain hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Linux environments while contributing to data workflows from design to production and learning from

Qualifications

• You have some Python scripting experience and familiarity with data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Exposure to Linux environments and orchestration tools such as Airflow is a plus.
• You are studying a STEM related degree in an Irish university and are required to do a work placement as part of your course requirements.

Responsibilities

• Join the European Quantitative Engineering and Data group and work alongside senior engineers.
• Operate scalable, high-performance data platforms used by traders and researchers.
• Assist in taking data system work from initial specification to production and deployment.
