Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. is seeking a Quality Systems Manager in Dundalk to lead the AH-IMS, ensuring ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance across manufacturing, design, project delivery, procurement and support functions. Reports to the Business Unit Manager.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm. The role focuses on driving continual improvement, managing audits and nonconformities, and promoting a culture of quality, safety and environmental responsibility throughout the

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 and how to embed them into practical policies and procedures.
• Experience leading a Quality/Integrated Management System in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong audit management and corrective-action capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Alternative Heat Integrated Management System (AH-IMS) including quality, health & safety and environmental requirements.
• Coach managers and employees to embed ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 into policies and processes.
• Ensure effective document control and compliance with legislation, standards and customer requirements.
• Lead both internal and external audits as well as certification audits; manage nonconformities and corrective actions.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis, monitor KPIs and trends, and coordinate management reviews.
• Drive continual improvement, reduce risks and defects, and strengthen operational controls.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, environment responsibility and compliance throughout the organisation.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Systems Manager to join our team in Dundalk. Reporting directly to our Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, governance and continual improvement of the Alternative Heat - Integrated Management System (AH-IMS).

The successful candidate will drive compliance, process excellence and continual improvement across manufacturing, design, project delivery, procurement and support functions. The role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the AH-IMS, maintaining certification to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other applicable standards, supporting regulatory and customer compliance requirements and promoting a culture of quality and continual improvement throughout the business.
