Job summary

DFDS A/S in Ireland is hiring a Warehouse Rework Operative to support quality control and warehouse operations on a 14:00–22:00 shift. You will inspect, repair, repackage and rework products to meet customer and company standards, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

You will work from SOPs, use WMS tools, lift and move items, and maintain records. DFDS offers a range of benefits and training to help you develop within a collaborative, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Will adapt to physical requirements and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned, damaged, or non-conforming products and identify quality issues.
• Rework products through cleaning, relabelling, repackaging, repairing, or reassembling as required.
• Ensure reworked products meet quality, safety, and customer standards before release.
• Maintain accurate records of rework activities and report recurring issues.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and assist with stock movements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying waste-reduction opportunities.
