Salary: €75,000 - €80,000

Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team and play a central role in embedding and driving quality across multiple live projects. Reporting to the Quality Lead, this role will advocate best practice, oversee compliance with BCAR and partner requirements, and ensure that all projects meet the highest technical and quality standards.
Support the Quality Lead with industry quality knowledge and assigned certifier processes
Lead the rollout of the Procore Quality DMS platform and coordinate updates on quality forms and processes
Undertake regular reviews of quality procedures, ensuring benchmarking, BCAR alignment, and compliance with client/partner obligations
Attend site benchmarking inspections and carry out independent in-house audits on projects
Review product applications for compatibility, robustness, and suitability, issuing quality memos and alerts where required
Coordinate with technical managers on product specifications, approvals, and compliance with HomeBond, LDI, Passive House, and purchaser requirements
Deliver in-house training across technical, construction, operational, and customer-facing teams, covering topics such as BCAR, facades, fire safety, and quality management
Support continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with business requirements
