Spectrum Logistics are recruiting an experienced Quality Manager for their facility in Citywest, Dublin 24. You will design and implement quality management strategies to ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements while aligning with company standards.

The role requires leading audits, developing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement across departments with a focus on KPIs and CAPA processes. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree in quality management or related field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and related regulations.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 (ISMS) & ISO 45001 (H&S).
  • 5+ years experience in a Quality Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management processes and SOPs.
  • Lead external and internal ISO audits as Lead Auditor.
  • Monitor effectiveness of quality controls and KPIs.
  • Manage CAPA and root cause analyses.
  • Prepare quality reports for management and MRQ.

Job Description

Quality ManagerSpectrum Logistics are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager based from their facility at Citywest, Dublin 24The Quality Manager will have responsibility for designing and implementing quality management strategies, processes, and practices. The role ensures that all products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements while aligning with the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and implement quality management processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure we have relevant and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead Auditor for External and Internal ISO audits
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control measures
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Set out annual KPIs and drive correction actions
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with all departments to implement quality improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management team, and end of year Annual Management Review, aligned to QMS Clauses
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
  • Overall responsibility to complete regulatory Questionnaires, e.g. Eco-Vadis etc.,
  • Develop quality training programs for employees.
  • Maintain and update Approved Supplier List
  • Generate and maintain annual EMS Targets and Objectives.
  • Responsible for incoming inspection of purchased 3rd party items
  • Manage bi-weekly Internal Quality Meetings
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance, particularly ISO 9001 & 14001
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 (ISMS) & ISO 45001 (H&S)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role, with +5 years’ experience
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quality management software..
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented attitude. Experience within the Medtech industry , would be a key advantage
