A leading civil engineering company in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team in Kilcullen.

This is a full-time, office-based role reporting to the Quality Manager and focusing on maintaining QMS, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance across civil projects. Key duties include data entry on the document management system, keeping quality records up to date, supporting audits, and liaising with project teams to update quality information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality-related role.
• Degree in Quality Management, Quality Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and document control procedures.
• Strong IT skills and experience using data management software.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Upload, input, and maintain quality-related data on the document management system.
• Ensure all project quality records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Assist the Quality Manager with maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage and track quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and compliance certificates.
• Assist with quality audits and ensure documentation meets company and industry standards.
• Liaise with project teams to obtain and update quality-related information.
