CREGG is seeking a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing, hands-on team on-site. The role offers varied responsibilities, including production floor involvement and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device sector, a science/engineering degree, and 3–4 years of quality engineering experience, with knowledge of ISO 13485 and strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Ideally 3–4 years' Quality Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support CAPA, non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and drive improvements.
• Support QMS improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support validation, supplier quality and risk management activities.
• Provide quality support for new product introductions and transfers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ISO 13485
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in auditing, Lean or new product introductions would be advantageous but is not essential.
