About The Role

A Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability throughout the warranty life cycle. This role focuses on validating product quality issues, coordinating with global manufacturing partners, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold Hyundai's commitment to excellence. This position focuses on analyzing and resolving warranty‑related issues.

Role Responsibilities
  • Oversee the validation of product quality issues related to warranties
  • Ensuring that all quality concerns are addressed promptly and in compliance with Hyundai's corporate standards
  • Coordinate with international manufacturing partners to verify product quality and ensure that all warranty processes meet quality expectations and maintain a consistent warranty process and compliance
  • Perform regular inspections and audits to confirm product compliance with Hyundai's global quality standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for teams, guiding them in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues related to warranty claims
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies using data and insight on warranty performance analysis
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quality documentation for reporting, auditing, and compliance purposes
  • Provide feedback to the Hyundai R&D and product development teams to inform future product enhancements based on warranty and quality data
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control, warranty analysis, or product integrity (automotive industry experience highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP)
  • Ability to coordinate across global teams and adapt to multicultural environments
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar or technical role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office suite
  • Self‑motivating and able to manage own workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and professional manner
