Job summary

Takeda Ireland invites applications for a Quality Control Laboratory Apprentice in Bray. You will gain hands-on experience in QC practices within a cutting-edge pharmaceutical environment, developing technical skills and understanding cGMP, data integrity, and laboratory safety.

You will learn to operate instruments, perform basic chemistry techniques, and contribute to a team focused on quality and patient-centric values.

Qualifications

• For entry into year 1 you must have five Leaving Certificate subjects with math and science and 250 CAO points, OR hold relevant FETAC Level 5/6 and be a current employee.
• SOLAS apprentice approval is required before enrolment.
• High safety awareness and ability to work in a laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Accident Reports / Near Miss Forms are completed promptly after events.
• Participate in cross-functional training initiatives.
• Promote Takeda values in the workplace.
• Complete SOP reading, training and assessment on time.
• Other duties as required by the QC Team Leader.
