Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Dublin is seeking a QA Validation Manager to lead the qualification and validation of equipment, control systems, and computer systems for the Life Sciences business in Ireland. You will manage IQ, OQ, and PQ activities, maintain documentation in line with GxP requirements, and ensure compliance with EU GMP Annex 11 and Annex 15.

This role supports supplier qualification, temperature monitoring, and day-to-day quality activities to ensure ongoing compliance and service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a QA Validation Manager or equivalent in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
• Knowledge of equipment qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Good understanding of EU GMP Annex 11 and Annex 15.
• Experience managing Quality Systems in compliance with GxP requirements.
• Computer literacy with MS Office
• Life Science logistics industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the Computer System Validation process on behalf of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with GAMP 5 requirements and supporting team accountabilities
• Manage the qualification and requalification schedule for all GxP-critical equipment and systems used across the business
• Complete qualification activities with mapping contractors, ensuring all documentation is maintained in line with GxP requirements
• Be accountable for temperature monitoring across all areas of the facility
• Be responsible for supplier qualification, including approval, ongoing assessment, and requalification of GxP-critical suppliers
• Support supplier and equipment selection, approval, and implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Support and manage selected customer day-to-day quality activities, as required, to ensure ongoing compliance and service continuity

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Manage the Computer System Validation process on behalf of the Quality Assurance team, ensuring compliance with GAMP 5 requirements and supporting team accountabilities
• Manage the qualification and requalification schedule for all GxP-critical equipment and systems used across the business
• Completequalification activities with mapping contractors, ensuring all documentation is maintained in line with GxP requirements
• Be accountable for temperature monitoring across all areas of the facility

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a QA Validation Manager or equivalent role within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of equipment qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
• Goodunderstanding of EU GMP Annex 11 and Annex 15
• Experience in themanagement of Quality Systems in compliance with GxP requirements
• Computer literate (minimumintermediate level on use of MS Office elements)
• Life Science logistics industry experience
