Job summary

Designer Group in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Quality Graduate to support the Quality team in delivering projects in line with company standards and client requirements. You will gain hands-on experience across QA/QC, inspections, documentation and continuous improvement on major M&E projects.

The role offers exposure to major engineering and construction projects with mentoring from experienced Quality professionals and clear career progression within the Quality function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality team with project quality plans and documentation.
• Assist with inspections and quality checks.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of inspection and test plans.
• Assist with tracking quality records and documentation.
• Support the management of non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Assist with internal audits and quality reviews.
• Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Work with project teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Quality Graduate, you will support our Quality team in ensuring that projects are delivered in line with company standards, client requirements, specifications and relevant industry standards.

You will gain experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspections, documentation and continuous improvement across major M&E projects.
