Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology) required.
• Minimum 2 years’ laboratory or QC experience in a manufacturing or food environment.
• Strong computer skills, including basic data analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lab Operations: perform day-to-day laboratory duties.
• Testing & Evaluation: run routine tests (Brix, pH, turbidity) on products.
• Sample Management: select/prepare samples; manage CoAs.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain GMP/GLP records and safety docs.
• External Coordination: prepare samples for external testing as needed.
• Inventory & Maintenance: calibrate/maintain instruments; manage supplies.
• Continuous Improvement: identify gaps and help implement improvements.
• Adherence to Standards: follow GMP, GLP, safety procedures.
