Job summary

WuXi Biologics is seeking a QC Microbiology Laboratory Technician to support day-to-day QA/QC activities within a GMP-compliant laboratory.

You will work with QC Analysts and Senior Scientists to maintain documentation systems, prepare testing materials, and ensure accurate record-keeping, inventory, and calibration of equipment in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a Quality Control/GMP environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge/experience in GMP Pharmaceutical Sites would be an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation systems and laboratory records in GMP environment.
• Support QC analysts for testing preparation and calibrations.
• Manage inventory, stock, and LIMS entry.
• Assist in regulatory and internal audits as directed.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist with equipment calibrations and daily checks.
• Review QC documents and contribute to annual review planning.
• Support QC activities and investigations as needed.
