Role Overview

Lead MiFinity’s Quality Assurance Team to ensure the system’s reliability, security and performance standards of our products are met. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on technical expertise on both Manual and Automation testing as required by our technology stack.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of QA experience, preferably within the Payments industry
  • Strong background in both manual testing methodologies and automation testing frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate decisions to both a technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to design test plans from scratch and scale up processes in a technical organization
Responsibilities
  • Developing strategies and directing QA Teams.
  • Ensuring Project deliverables within timelines.
  • Designing and managing resource planning and utilization.
  • Support and guide QA team members.
  • Consulting with business stakeholders.
  • Providing Quality Assurance estimates and execution.

  • Fulfill any administrative duties associated with the role.
