Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a QA Shift Lead to ensure quality across manufacturing processes. You will coordinate containment of non-conforming product, support investigations, and drive CAPA actions on the floor.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, familiarity with CAMS/CATSweb, and attention to detail. You will work with operations, maintenance, and QA teams to maintain compliance and continuous improvement. Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ECDL is desirable.
• Familiarity with Documentum or similar systems.
• Experience with CAMS and CATSweb.
• Understanding of quality and manufacturing systems and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication; numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented; proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of cGMP, documentation control and computer systems.
• Experience in medical-device or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate containment of non-conforming product.
• Assist with quality-related product and material disposition decisions on the floor.
• Lead investigations into floor quality issues to identify root causes.
• Perform data analysis and trending.
• Initiate CAPA where relevant.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and GMP compliance.
