BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an External QA Quality Associate for a 12‑month contract in Ireland to support Quality Systems within External Quality (GEO). You will oversee deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, driving timely closure and data-driven improvements.

BioMarin’s Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin’s cutting‑edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.
This position reports to the Associate Director, External Quality, Quality Systems & Compliance. The main responsibility of this role is supporting the Quality Systems program within External Quality ensuring key Quality System elements such as Oversight, Deviations, CAPA’s, and Change Controls are consistently administered and in compliance with relevant Regulatory Standards
