Johnson & Johnson in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist - QA Operations (Shift) to manage GMP-related QA activities, including change control, nonconformance, documentation, and batch release, on a fast-paced site.

The role is 100% on-site with a 2-Cycle shift (9:00–20:00 on weekdays and 07:00–18:00 on weekends) plus a 20% shift allowance. A science degree and 3–5 years QA experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical discipline required.
• 3–5 years in quality, manufacturing, validation or compliance in biopharma.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMEA regulatory requirements and GMP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA on the manufacturing floor and ensure GMP compliance.
• Perform GMP walkdowns and oversee nonconformance investigations and CAPA.
• Oversee change control, document management, and batch release processes.
