Qualifications

• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with good organisation.
• Ability to manage priorities and work on own initiative.
• Experience with various IT systems and strong MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work different shift patterns when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local medical team and align with local/regional medical strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive patient and business impact.
• Conduct GMP checks and monitor factors affecting product quality.
• Review manufacturing interventions and EM monitoring.
• Drive quality awareness and support GMP improvements.
• Assist in facility audits and Health Authority inspections.
• Support QA training and investigation activities as needed.
