Job summary

Complete Laboratory Solutions (CLS) in Galway is seeking QA Operations Executives (Shift) to provide day-to-day quality oversight in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. You will monitor aseptic manufacturing activities, verify compliance with batch records, SOPs and GMP requirements, and report to the Quality leadership.

The role requires a science degree and 1–3 years’ GMP experience, with hands-on quality assurance, document review, and readiness for rotating day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a GMP-regulated pharma/biotech environment.
• Experience in QA, manufacturing support or batch review.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with electronic document management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and prepare reports.
• Exposure to deviation management or audit support would be beneficial.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing or cleanrooms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day quality oversight of manufacturing operations to ensure GMP compliance.
• Observe aseptic practices and environmental monitoring during manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to promote quality improvements.
• Monitor quality indicators and identify preventative measures for risks.
• Review logbooks and manufacturing documentation for Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
• Assist with facility audits and Health Authority inspections.
• Support training programmes related to quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and QA operations.
• Support event reporting, investigations and follow-up activities in manufacturing.
