As our QA Manager and certified Responsible Person (RP), you’ll ensure compliance with the highest global standards for the storage and distribution of healthcare products.   • A full-time, permanent, on‑site role at UPS Healthcare, Harristown, Dublin (Monday to Friday)
Your tasks
  • Lead the healthcare quality programme for UPS Healthcare in Dublin and act as the certified Responsible Person (RP)
  • Ensure full compliance with HPRA, GDP, client requirements and internal standards
  • Oversee SOPs, controlled documentation, and training programmes
  • Guide and support internal teams, across Operations, IT, Business Development and more, to resolve quality issues and implement best practice
  • Communicate with client QA teams and regulatory agencies; support audits, inspections, and business reviews
  • Manage internal, client and agency audits, track corrective actions and oversee facility, system and equipment validation
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage licensing requirements and support new business implementation
  • Lead and develop the QA team, shaping capabilities, performance and long‑term growth
Your qualifications
  • Certified Responsible Person (RP) with HPRA (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; master’s degree preferred
  • Background in healthcare, Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GDP, regulatory frameworks and healthcare supply chain requirements
  • Skilled in SOP and technical documentation, incident investigation and risk management
  • A detail‑oriented mindset, clear communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
