Job summary

A multinational manufacturing company located in Shannon, Ireland is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and at least 2-3 years in a similar role. Responsibilities include maintaining QMS documentation, conducting internal audits, and driving quality improvement projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience in aerospace and knowledge of quality management systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role or environment.
• Knowledge of internal auditing processes required.
• Experience with NPI activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update QMS documentation and records.
• Drive process efficiency and resolve feedback on issues.
• Conduct and report on internal audits per schedule.
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Assist engineering teams with product/process verification.
