The purpose of this role is to manage the end to end process of receiving software license quotes and renewals to our customers. The software support function is responsible for all new business quotes, Renewals and liasing with our internal Sales teams and vendors to ensure high standard of service for our Resellers. To manage various tasks and undertake various processes that ensure that the order processing and invoicing of our direct vendor orders.
