Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a vigilant security operative to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at our client site. You will represent the company professionally, uphold PSA standards, and monitor CCTV as required. This role requires flexibility, a valid PSA license, and strong written and verbal English.

Please note the 5 over 7 pattern and the ability to work independently while delivering detailed reports and maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Current, valid PSA license is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work on own initiative and independently.
• Experience with CCTV systems is required.
• Must provide a clear 5-year work history with references.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Able to work flexible hours as required by the company.
• Retail security experience is preferred.
• Fully flexible for shifts (5 over 7).
