Proposals Development Associate II - UK/Ireland

What you will be doing


  • Leading the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.

  • Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.

  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.

  • Managing proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.

  • Maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management.


Your profile


  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
