Job summary

Mace Consult is seeking a capable project manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on water and civil infrastructure projects in Ireland. You will drive delivery to plan, coordinate senior stakeholders, and ensure governance and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

The role values engineering excellence, commercial acumen, and an ability to foster sustainable outcomes while navigating budgets, procurement, and changing scopes. Hybrid working options may be considered.

Qualifications

• Membership of a recognised professional body (RICS/CIOB/APM/ICE) or equivalent.
• Engineering degree or equivalent with project management experience.
• Driving licence desirable and vehicle ownership preferred.

You’ll need to have:

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in engineering, construction or related project management discipline.
• Driving licence and vehicle is desirable.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with water, utilities or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with wastewater and potable water systems is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
