INFORM3 are seeking to appoint Civil Engineers for concrete and groundwork civils project in Germany.

The client has extensive years of experience and knowledge in the Construction Industry working across Ireland and Europe. Each year the client has experienced growth and has an immediate start for a Project Manager with great room to progress.

Project Manager Job Role:

• Oversee structural activity and staff
• Manage sub-contractors, labourers and staff
• Able to multi-task and mentor Junior Engineers
• Ordering in materials
• Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Attend weekly meetings to update senior management, clients and directors on the progress of the project.
• Supervise works and check the quality of works to ensure they are of a high standard.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and ensure the site team adheres to them also.
• Co-ordinate site meetings

Project Manager Job Requirements:

• 5+ Years relevant experience
• Communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Previous experience on groundworks / concrete projects
• Civil Engineer/Construction Management Degree
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
