The Project Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for defining, leading, and executing some of the most important strategic initiatives across Payment Integrity's Value Optimization and Transformation (PIVOT) agenda. These initiatives are complex, highly visible, and critical to evolving the Payment Integrity business in the face of changing provider behaviour and increased use of artificial intelligence (AI).
This role is accountable for both determining how work gets done and driving the work forward. You will partner across Operations, Technology, Product, Finance, Compliance, and Strategy to turn ambitious business goals into measurable outcomes. Success requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, resilience, and a willingness to navigate ambiguity, solve difficult problems, and remain focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated by mission‑driven work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Dublin or Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home‑based office in a hybrid work model.
You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application. Proof will be required to support your application.
